  • Do you provide operation training or installation guidance?

    Yes. We can provide user manuals, installation videos, and online technical guidance.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    We provide a  12 -month warranty for all our products. During the warranty period, any quality issues caused by raw materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We are committed to providing you with long-term technical support.

  • Can you handle the shipping and customs clearance?

    Yes, we can. With extensive experience in international trade, we can offer DAP, DDP, and other terms. We can act as your capable partner to arrange door-to-door shipping and handle destination customs clearance through our reliable freight forwarder agents.

  • What is your lead time?

    For in-stock items, we can ship 3-7 days. For regular orders, the typical production lead time is  15-30  days. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity and product complexity. We will confirm the exact delivery date with you before order confirmation.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We support multiple secure payment methods, including T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal (for small amounts). Specific terms will be clarified in the proforma invoice and contract.

  • Is the price inclusive of all charges?

    The reference prices on our website are typically the unit price under EXW  terms. The final quotation will be based on your order quantity, packaging requirements, destination, and chosen trade terms. We will provide you with a clear and detailed proforma invoice (PI).

  • Do you provide free samples?

    Samples are available, but they require a sample fee and shipping cost. The sample fee can be refunded or deducted from your formal order amount. We are confident that the quality of our samples will convince you.

  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    For standard products, we do not have an MOQ. For customized orders, the MOQ depends on the specific processes and requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will try our best to accommodate them.

  • Do you offer custom-made products according to our requirements?
