CO Series Hydraulic Crimping Machines (CO-60S, CO-100S, CO-300) are professional heavy-duty hydraulic press tools designed for crimping steel wire ropes and copper/aluminum cable terminals. Featuring double-acting hydraulic cylinders, these machines provide fast crimping and quick piston return, ensuring efficient operation even under demanding industrial conditions.
Each model comes with high-strength molds (aluminum or steel), rotary or removable mold covers, and male connectors with dust caps to ensure precise, secure, and clean connections. The machines are portable with ergonomic handles and safety locks to protect the operator during use. These tools require a compatible manual or electric hydraulic pump (sold separately).
