Mini Hydraulic Battery Cable Crimper Series, including CM-70 and CM-300/300G, is designed for efficient and precise crimping of copper and aluminum cables in small to medium sizes. CM-70 handles 4–70mm² cables, while CM-300/300G covers 16–300mm², making this series ideal for both fine wiring and more substantial industrial connections.
Equipped with high-capacity 18V lithium-ion batteries (3.0Ah), these crimpers provide stable and long-lasting power. The replaceable crimping dies and oil storage cylinders allow smooth and reliable crimping, while the 360° rotatable clamp head ensures flexible operation in confined spaces. Integrated oil return switches allow quick pressure release for safety, and dual batteries can work alternately to minimize downtime.
With high-strength pliers heads, robust hydraulic cylinders, and easy mold replacement, the Mini Series delivers precise, reliable, and efficient crimping. The compact design, ergonomic handles, and smooth surface treatment improve comfort and portability for technicians working in electrical installation, maintenance, and industrial wiring projects.
