400 Series Battery Hydraulic Cable Crimping Tools, including EZ-400, ES-400, and EB-400, are high-performance cordless hydraulic crimpers designed for copper and aluminum cables ranging from 16mm² to 400mm². Equipped with high-capacity 18V lithium-ion batteries (4.0–5.0Ah depending on the model), these tools deliver powerful 120KN output force for heavy-duty crimping tasks while maintaining long-lasting performance.
These crimpers feature replaceable dies, high-strength clamp heads, smooth surface treatment, and ergonomic handles for enhanced durability and user comfort. The 350° rotating clamp head allows flexible operation in confined spaces and complex angles, while one-key start and one-key reset buttons enable quick and safe operation. OLED or LED displays provide real-time information, including battery level, pressure, mechanical temperature, operation count, and fault codes, allowing operators to monitor the crimping process effectively. Safety valves prevent overpressure, and two batteries can work alternately for continuous operation.
