JY-0650 / JY-0650A / JY-16120 / JY-35150 Manual Mechanical Cable Crimpers are heavy-duty hand tools designed for precise, reliable crimping of small, medium, and large electrical cable lugs and wire terminals.
JY-0650: Crimp range 6–50mm² for small terminals
JY-16120: Crimp range 16–120mm² for medium terminals; long handle for easier leverage on larger cables
JY-35150: Crimp range 35–150mm² for medium-to-large terminals; angle lock design for fast die rotation
Constructed with high-carbon steel pipes and integrated molds, these crimpers provide a strong, stable crimping force. Multi-die adjustable systems allow quick die changes to accommodate different cable sizes. Angle lock design ensures efficient mold rotation and size adjustment. Ergonomic handles reduce operator fatigue, while extended handle options simplify large cable crimping.
